I've worn this cap nearly every day for two weeks and the soft-washed cotton twill hasn't irritated my forehead once. The fit stays snug without squeezing, which is exactly what I needed for running errands and workouts.

The washed cotton twill feels broken-in right out of the box, no stiff break-in period like my old cap. Only gripe is the back strap runs a little short for bigger heads. Good everyday hat for walks and yard work.
